Welcome to the website for Student Affairs’ Assessment & Strategic Planning.
Assessment & Strategic Planning, established in 2013, is an award-winning office which uses a division-wide approach to assist our staff members with understanding the impact that our student affairs programs and events have on student learning and the overall student experience. It is my hope that this website contains information to aid with continuing to build a culture of evidence within Student Affairs. The site offers content for assessing co-curricular program effectiveness and student learning. As Student Affairs staff members, you will find resources to help with all components of the assessment cycle including planning, implementing, analyzing, and making data informed decisions. All of the materials provided are to assist us with our work towards striving to meet our vision to provide exceptional student-focused programs and services. Our office aims to meet you “where” you are on your assessment journey whether you are seasoned or a new professional. We will structure our guidance to accommodate you in as many ways as possible by connecting with you in your work environment and/or providing materials and resources to best support your assessment journey.
