Campus Labs’ Collegiate Link is referred to as AUinvolve within Student Affairs at Auburn University. AUinvolve provides the tools for managing student organizations and co-curricular activities. AUinvolve connects learning and involvement by aligning involvement opportunities with institutional, divisional, or departmental learning outcomes. Through AUinvolve, students are empowered to manage and grow their organizations through tools designed by experts. Functions such as organization registration and event management help to enhance organizations’ processes.

AU Planning

Campus Labs’ Planning is the strategic planning and accreditation software for Student Affairs. Planning can organize planning documents and reports at the institutional, divisional, or departmental level. Accreditation and program review templates are pre-loaded and kept up-to-date as standards change. Planning can aid in documenting assessment efforts and providing detailed information about methods, results, and action plans. It also creates role-based reports that showcase campus achievements and institutional effectiveness.

Baseline

Campus Labs’ Baseline is the assessment software used by Student Affairs at Auburn University. Baseline provides a centralized, accessible location for Division assessment activities and data. Baseline contains data collection and reporting tools that provide direct measures of student learning. Baseline provides the ability to create dashboards that show progress over time and document key performance indicators.

Mobile Check-In

Student Affairs currently utilizes the AUInvolve Mobile Event Pass to record attendance at events. To access your Mobile Event Pass from your mobile device: log in to AUInvolve, click the icon in the top right of the screen, and select the event pass option to view your pass. Screenshot your pass or add it to your mobile wallet for quick access in the future.

  • Leadership Webinar (March 14, 2013) – An initial overview of Baseline and Compliance Assist; Discussion of topics such as Campus Labs’ support and help sites, how your consultant can assist with assessment projects, general information concerning the use of surveys and existing data, and the benefits of using Campus Labs. Length: Approximately 1 hour, 20 minutes
  • Baseline User Training (July 23, 2013) – An overview of Baseline features and support; Explanation of how consultants can help in creating outcome statements, surveys, and rubrics; Information concerning online resources and support site; Instructions on types of data collection (surveys, rubrics, etc.); Description of the project request process; Overview of consortium studies and benchmarking. Length: Approximately 1 hour
  • Baseline Self-Service Builder (April 8, 2014) – Explains the processes of creating a project, entering questions and responses, choosing types of questions and survey formats, editing a survey, selecting settings, and viewing a live version of a survey. Length: Approximately 1 hour
  • Compliance Assist User Training (July 18, 2013) – An overview of Compliance Assist features; Explains the My Dashboard tab; Discusses user roles and responsibilities; Demonstrates entering outcomes/new items; Describes how to attach results from Baseline; Reviews the process of exporting and running reports from Compliance Assist; Explains how to use the Related tab to link department outcomes to division objectives. Length: Approximately 30 minutes
  • Completing Effectiveness Reports in Compliance Assist (August 2014) – Provides instructions for reporting on outcomes for effectiveness reports/accreditation purposes; Explains how to move items from Student Affairs Strategic Planning tab to Student Affairs Effectiveness Reporting tab; Demonstrates entering information into effectiveness reports in Compliance Assist; Describes how to generate reports. Length: Approximately 30 minutes
